Custom wedding invitations and day-of stationery
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We talk about your style, the atmosphere of the wedding and your vision. Together, we define an indicative budget and timeline.
CONCEPT & DESIGN
I develop design proposals inspired by the mood of the wedding, working with paper, materials, colours and printing techniques.
REVISIONS
We refine the project with up to three revisions, until we reach the final design that truly represents you.
PRODUCTION
Once the project has been approved, we move on to printing and assembly. Production times vary from four to six weeks, depending on the project.
Day of
stationery
Wedding day stationery includes the design of all the graphic elements that accompany each moment of the day. Every element is designed to coordinate with the style of the invitations, creating a coherent, personal experience with every detail carefully considered.
CEREMONY
Ceremony booklets, vows, fans, rice cones and custom-designed welcome signs.
RECEPTION
Seating charts, escort cards, menus, place cards, table numbers and signage designed to guide guests from their arrival through to the end of the day.
FAVOURS TO MAKE EVERY DETAIL UNIQUE
Accessories for personalised corners, such as scarves, tote bags and custom playing cards. Here, imagination has complete freedom.
Weekend
stationery
If the wedding lasts several days, I create all the necessary materials, coordinated with the style of the invitations.
WELCOME DINNER: menus and welcome signs
WEDDING WEEKEND: signage and informational details
RECOVERY DAY: personalised gifts such as towels or accessories for the day after
Every element is designed to make the wedding weekend coherent, carefully curated and memorable.
Our creative process
FIRST MEETING
We talk about you, the style of the event and your ideas. I show you papers, colours, fonts and accessories to create a custom project.
CREATIVE PROPOSALS
Based on the moodboard, I prepare three proposals. We refine them up to the final draft, with up to five revisions included.
PRINTING AND ASSEMBLY
We print and assemble the invitations with extra finishes, ready in approximately three weeks.
DAY-OF COORDINATED DESIGN
We adapt the invitation design to menus, place cards, seating charts and guest gifts, creating a coherent and unique wedding experience.
